The Government Notices Gazettes, including Special and Periodic Gazettes, are published by the Attorney-General's Department.

Government Notices Gazette
The regular Government Notices Gazette is published each Wednesday and contains a range of notices including information about legislation, notices of Australian Government Departments, Courts notices, and other notices required under Commonwealth law.
Special Notices Gazette
The Special Notices Gazette normally contains a single notice, and may be published at any time. Special Notices Gazettes published during the week are republished at the end of the next regular Government Notices Gazette.
Periodic Notices Gazette
The Periodic Notices Gazette is published irregularly and may contain multiple notices relating to a specific subject area.

The APSjobs website incorporates the electronic APS Employment Gazette. Some sections of the APSjobs website do not form part of the Gazette.
Australian Public Service Gazette
The Australian Public Service Gazette is published each Thursday by the Australian Public Service Commission. It includes notices of examination, APS employment opportunities, APS staff movements, promotions and terminations of employment, as well as employment opportunities and staff movements in the Parliamentary Service.

AusTender
The Australian Government's procurement information system, AusTender, provides centralised publication of Australian Government business opportunities, annual procurement plans, multi-use lists and contracts awarded.

Business Opportunities

For all Australian Government agencies under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997, all publicly available business opportunities are notified on AusTender. For relevant agencies under the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997, specific opportunities are notified on AusTender. Links to state and territory government business opportunities are also available on the AusTender website.

Contract Notices and Standing Offer Notices

Australian Government agencies under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 are required to publish on AusTender standing offer arrangements as well as contracts with a value of $10,000 or more. Relevant agencies under the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997, are required to publish on AusTender standing offer arrangements as well as contracts over $400,000 for procurements other than construction services or $9 million for construction services.

Business Gazette
The Business Gazette is published each Tuesday by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). It contains private company notices advertised by companies under the Corporations Act 2001 and the Copyright Act 1968.

Tariff Concessions Gazette

Tariff Concessions Gazette
The Tariff Concessions Gazette is published each Wednesday by the Australian Customs Service. It gives legal effect to the creation of a number of legislative instruments such as a By-Law, Tariff Concession Order (TCO), TCO Revocation or a Determination. It also provides an avenue to identify, advise and provide information on a number of tariff concession issues.

Chemical Gazette

Chemical Gazette
The Chemical Gazette is published on the first Tuesday of each month by the National Industrial Chemicals Notification and Assessment Scheme (NICNAS). It contains information regarding changes to NICNAS legislation, newly assessed chemicals and the Register of Industrial Chemical Introducers.

APVMA Gazette

APVMA Gazette
Formerly published as the NRA Gazette, the APVMA Gazette is published monthly by the Australian Pesticides & Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA). It contains details of the registration of agricultural and veterinary chemical products and other approvals granted by the APVMA, notices and related legislation as required by the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code (the Agvet Code) and a range of regulatory material issued by the APVMA.

Food Standards Gazette

Food Standards Gazette
The Food Standards Gazette is published throughout the year by Food Standards Australia New Zealand. Each gazette is sequentially numbered and includes all amendments to the Food Standards Code since the last such gazette. It is accessible online only.
